FOUR EASY WAYS TO ORDER:

1. Select a printable order form below. Print, fill out, and mail it to us with payment. If you choose the Microsoft Word doc, you can fill it out on your computer (remember to save it!).
2. Fax an order anytime with credit card info to (707) 825-7759.
3. Call us at (707) 825-7759 10am-5pm (PST) Mon-Fri
4. Email your order (attach order form) and either call us to use a credit card number or request to pay by PayPal and we'll email an invoice after confirming your total.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Don't email your credit card information to us! It's not secure.
• Email or call with questions, lrose@lrosedesigns.com.
• Your order is custom made for you. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. For large group orders, orders may take 5-6 weeks. Please plan ahead!
• Measure carefully - we make your garments according to the measurements you supply - sizing guidelines are here. Custom made items are non-returnable.
• If in a TROUPE, we appreciate your order coming via email using our order grid.

• There is a 15% rush charge for items needed within 3 weeks of order date, and 20% super rush charge for items needed within 2 weeks of order date. Rushes aren't always possible... call to ask! Of course we try to get things to you quickly anyways, but rushes are for items absolutely needed quickly.
• We do not currently do wholesale.
• We offer large order discounts: 10% off orders over $200, 15% off orders over $350.
• We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• NEW: You may also use PayPal. To use, either email your order (attach your order form to the email so we have all the info we need) or call us. We'll give you the total and email a PayPal invoice to you. Easy!
  

SHIPPING CHARGES: (based on order total)

• We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, based on order total. You will generally receive your order 2-6 days after shipping. Please be aware that we can not guarentee delivery on a specific date if using USPS.
  • $0.00 - $50.00 ---------- $8.00
  • $50.01 - $100.00 ------- $10.00
  • $100.01 - $200.00 ----- $12.00
  • $200.01 - $350.00 ----- $16.00
  • Orders over $350 and Troupe Orders will cost more... we'll charge exact shipping fee and ship via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, trying to get you the best deal.
  • If your order is under 2lbs we'll charge minimum shipping.
• We can ship Fed Ex or UPS if requested (exact shipping fee will be charged).
• We don't insure packages under $300. If you'd like your package insured there will be an additional charge.
• For International Orders and Troupe Orders, we charge the exact cost of shipping.
  Just leave that part blank on your order. We can try to give you a shipping estimate if you ask.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• Please try to fax your order to us - that is probably the least expensive way for you to place your order. Alternatively you may email all of the details of your order, then call us with your credit card information or mail an international money order to us.
• You're welcome to send your measurements in centimeters - it's no problem for us.
• For International Orders and Troupe Orders, we charge the exact cost of shipping, which can vary based on your location and the weight of the package. We usually ship International Priority Mail, but some countries only offer International Express Mail services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
